Well it depends. Some people have connected it to repressed anger. Others have taken it to a place of wild play. Personally I see unleashing as getting in touch with the aspects of ourselves that - for whatever reason - we need to keep leashed in our everyday lives.
For some people, it might be playing for the sake of playing, the thrill of running, chasing, rolling, jumping, hunting, and so on. For others it might be releasing screams or sounds, singing or experiencing a visceral release of something they keep 'leashed' on a regular basis.
Whatever is in us that is wild, that we keep leashed, sometimes it is healthy (as long as it doesn't break the law) to unleash that.
