Various ways, I would think - dancing or music/percussive, nature-ing, creative tasks like crafts, thirty minutes or so in a nicely padded room (for physical unleashing, not mental instability :P), weaponsless martial arts, etc.
My problem currently is that the large majority of those outlets are not available to me currently, whether due to finances or practicality.
