I've got red-deer envy of the ranchers in New Zealand. My secret will-probably-never-happen is a red deer farm up in Washington state.

We'd never make any money because every time I looked out over the rising morning mist & saw "OMG stags!" I'd never want to sell any of them, let alone butcher them & sell the venison.
