How many runes were you taught? Was it the standard elder Futhark, or did your teacher feel that 24 runes was too many? Anyway, it's usually rune 13 in the standard Futhark, also known as Eihwaz (not Ehwaz) and known as the Yew rune.

It's an interesting interpretation of Thurs you've got there, the most docile one I've ever come across, but everyone's relationship to the runes is different. :)
