We have an interesting connection. The Enchanted Tarot was my first deck. I used it for a time and then moved to the Thoth Deck. Quite a contrast. I found the Enchanted Tarot to be almost too soft. For example, The Tower card in the Enchanted Tarot has little of the "forced change" energy normally associated with the deck.
I did work with the Ryder/Waite (sp?) deck a lot. I found it to be very educational and informative to know the traditional pictures and traditional meanings to the cards. This study provides me with a touchstone to the archetypical energies of the cards.
