Commercial licensing is offered on a case by case basis depending on project. There are no public fixed prices, because the cases differ depending on whether it's a sketchpad cover / CD cover / business logo / book cover / internal illustration / etc.

But as with all artwork unless explicitly stated otherwise, *none* of my clients own the copyright to originals they've purchased off me, and cannot use them commercially without negotiating a new contract. Nor can they dictate how I choose to use those images commercially, without negotiating limited rights to copyright.

Generally people just get in touch via email for commercial contracts and it works fine. As I very rarely do commercial art except via publishing companies, it's worked well so far. If I start getting a greater call for it, I might put something up here; but most people who seek me out for commercial contracts do so through my professional portfolio, or through DeviantArt or my Facebook fanpage. Thanks for the advice though! :) Look forward to hearing from you.
