OTOH, you made a good argument below for not overthinking the terminology. Maybe "non-core neoshaman"?
My only problem with 'non-core neoshaman' is that it defines itself by Core shamanism, and I'd like to kind of leave that behind. I'm almost more interested in just reclaiming either contemporary shaman (which is what I use) or neoshaman.
