Samoyed? Coloured like that? Heh. I'd suspect a Malamute or Akita mix, personally.
When I was wee small, we had a solid black Samoyed - which are fairly uncommon since they aren't show-worthy. My dad saved the puppy from being drowned. Black & tan in a Samoyed, Malamute or Akita would probably indicate something entirely different in the bloodline (like a Rottweiler) - but it does happen fairly regularly to Alaskan Eskimos & Shiba Inus.
